How to Use Chrome Extension Proxy Helper with MoMo Residential Proxy
Proxy Helper is a Chrome extension designed to efficiently manage various proxy settings, including Socks4, Socks5, HTTP, and HTTPS. It integrates seamlessly into the Google Chrome browser, allowing users to customize and control their proxy configurations for improved privacy, security, and unrestricted access to content.
Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Proxy Helper." Click on "Add to Chrome" to install the extension directly from the store.
Once installed, right-click on the Proxy Helper icon in the Chrome toolbar. Select “Options” from the context menu to access the extension’s settings.
Choose the type of proxy you want to use: rotating residential proxies, rotating or sticky.
Obtain the IP location and number of IPs you need from MoMoProxy.
Click on "Generate" to produce the required IP details.
Copy the following details provided by MoMoProxy: Server IP, Port, Username, and Password.
Choose the proxy protocol supported by MoMoProxy (Socks5/HTTP/HTTPS). Paste the server IP and port into the appropriate fields.
Click on "Authentication" and enter the username and password.
Visit ipinfo.io to check the IP address and ensure it matches the location information provided by MoMoProxy. That’s it! You’re now set up to use MoMoProxy with the Proxy Helper extension. Enjoy enhanced privacy and unrestricted access with your newly configured proxy settings.
